Doctors :: Laura C. Bunch, M.D.
Laura is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Millsaps College
with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a member of Sigma Lambda
leadership honorary, Dr. Bunch received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama. After completing an
internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Baptist
Medical Center
in Birmingham, Alabama,
she was appointed full-time staff physician at the VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi,
and during her tenure there was Chairperson of the Pharmacy and
Therapeutics Committee.
Dr. Bunch completed her fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology
at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Bunch is board
certified in Internal Medicine and is board certified in Medical
Oncology. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology,
American Society of Hematology and American Society of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Bunch is in private practice with the Southwest Regional
Cancer Center.
